We have a strict verification process. Every installer must submit their NIN/BVN, Government ID, Passport Photo, Years of Experience, Certifications, and Guarantor details. We also conduct background checks where possible. Only approved installers receive a Verified Badge and QR ID Card.

Yes. All payments go through our secure Escrow System. You only release payment after the job is completed successfully and you confirm satisfaction. This protects both customers and honest installers.

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you can track the installer’s arrival in real-time. You will also receive an OTP when the installer arrives — work only begins after you confirm the OTP.

Yes. All installations done through SolarMayor come with a minimum 1–5 years performance warranty depending on the system and components used. We also provide after-installation support.

You can raise a dispute directly from your dashboard. Our team will investigate and resolve it quickly. We also have a dedicated support team to help with any technical issues.
